For the most part, interns get used and abused. They do garbage work for no pay -- and no appreciation. Unless, of course, they work for Facebook.

Facebook interns are pulling in $6,000 per month.

In addition to the salary, the company also provides them with all the same benefits as normal employees -- iPhone, laptop, gym access and three meals a day.
