According to the National Restaurant Association, 31 percent of people will celebrate Valentine's Day at a restaurant.
Younger adults are more likely to dine out on Valentine's Day: 33 percent of 18-34-year-olds and 39 percent of 35-44-year-olds, compared with 27 percent of those 55 and older.
