"Mint Chocolate Chip cake"!!
Combine white cake mix with a package of instant Mint Pistachio pudding, half a teaspoon of mint extract, and a cup of chopped up chocolate morsels. Bake according to instructions on the box.
The topping is a box of Andes Thin Mints. Once you pull the cake out of the oven, cover it with mints so they can melt. That should take less than five minutes. Once they are all melted spread it all over the top of the cake and it's done.
This cake never lasts a day in my house and it is to die for.
Bon Appetite,
Andrea

Thank you Andrea!
